Hotel Trasimeno Bittarelli

I stayed here 5 years ago for a weekend... the best... quiet place, spacious rooms, excellent food... I came back here because I had a good time... clean rooms... always the same tranquility... but I would see you again the menu...cooked well but I would see the portions again which in addition to having little choice are a bit "miserable" let's say for people on a "diet"... same thing for breakfast. The wifi didn't work in our room.....in context 5 years ago it was better.

Welcoming structure, simple in furnishings, where everything is prepared with attention and accuracy. In the rooms there is air conditioning, TV, safe and a very convenient small fridge. Towels are changed daily, cleanliness is impeccable, the bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, a basket with single-dose soaps, a shower and a double mirror. The swimming pool is super, surrounded by sunbeds and umbrellas, it has proven to be a panacea in these very hot days. The bikes, kindly offered, allowed us to do some nice rides along the lake. The restaurant offers a varied, well-cooked menu and the portions are generous. The people who work there, starting with the owner, the wonderful Felicia and the other girls in charge of the room, are all truly special, they pampered us and made us have a wonderful holiday. My children and I, who left today, already miss it and have promised ourselves we will return. I would add that the structure is very close to the lake and the center of Castiglione, a strategic starting point for visiting Umbria and Tuscany, even using the train, whose station is about 400 meters away.
